Which areas of Abuja do you cover?
We operate across the FCT with active coverage in Maitama, Asokoro, Guzape, Gwarinpa, Jabi, Wuse 2, Katampe Extension, Life Camp and Lokogoma.
Do you work with corporate occupiers as well as individuals?
Yes. Around 60% of our engagements are with corporates, government MDAs and diplomatic missions; the rest are private HNW clients and family offices.
How do your fees work?
Real estate transactions follow standard NIESV agency guidelines. Facility management and procurement engagements are structured as a management fee, a % of managed spend, or a fixed retainer depending on scope.
Can you handle short-notice fit-out or emergency FM?
Yes — we maintain a bench of vetted trades and can mobilise emergency response within 24 hours in the FCT.
Do you list every property publicly?
